Brennan School of Business

Though there are more than 40 business programs in the Chicago metropolitan region, the Dominican School of Business has emerged as one of the most effective. Small classes, world-class professors who also are practicing business professionals and a focus on ethics provide the qualities that help distinguish Dominican’s business school from the others. The school is poised to seek Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business, International (AACSB) accreditation, a distinction that will position Dominican with the most elite business schools in the world.

The Dominican School of Business has reached another important milestone due to the generosity of Edward A. and Lois L. Brennan, for whom the school will be named. Edward Brennan, retired CEO of Sears and instrumental member of the boards of American Airlines, Exelon, McDonald’s and other household corporate names, and his wife Lois, a Rosary College graduate, are firm believers in the value of an ethics-based education at that Dominican provides.

With both accreditation and the Brennan name, the school will offer students an unrivaled and highly recognizable degree.
